Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your SecurityKing account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting brackets, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to the outside of your securely sealed shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
